Sometimes, common sense can prevail – even in far-out California. Last week, California Superior Court Judge Richard B. Ulmer Jr. ruled that only U.S. citizens have the right to vote. In this, he echoed an earlier ruling by the New York Supreme Court.
According to Voice of San Diego, regulators from the DSS isolated children as young as 1 to interview them about the school's masking policies. Parents are understandably upset by the state's action.

Los Angeles County will retain its indoor mask mandate past the February 15 date set Monday by Gov. Gavin Newsom as the date to end a statewide mandate, according to public health officials in the county.

Apparently, in California, it’s OK for schools to give children vaccines without parental permission as long as they bribe the child with free pizza not to tell anyone. Maribel Duarte, said her 13-year-old son brought home a vaccine card proving he was vaccinated. According to NBC News, “The lady that gave him the shot and signed the paper told my son, ‘Please don’t say anything. I don’t want to get in trouble.’”

Apparently they don’t need one in LA...Los Angeles leaders on Wednesday will consider a sweeping law requiring adult customers to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to enter a wide array of public places, including indoor restaurants, coffee shops, gyms, shopping centers, museums, movie theaters and hair and nail salons.
