Allen West: The Unconstitutional Responses to America’s Illegal Immigration Invasion

Just a few weeks ago I wrote a missive here presenting the case as to why we have an invasion on our southern border. I live in Texas which shares 1,254 miles of border with a failed state controlled by a transnational narco-criminal terrorist organization. And if you speak to the people along the Texas southern border, as I recently did in Hondo, they will confide in you that the narco-terrorists we refer to as the Mexican cartels have extended their span of control to our side of the border.

Allen West: A Bridge Too Far, the Demise of the Democrats

If you are a student of history, you will recognize the title of this missive. If you are not, let me explain. After the successful landings in Normandy the Allies began pushing through the hedgerows and set their sights on crossings into Germany. One of the plans, offered by British General Montgomery, was to spearhead a combined airborne and ground assault through the Netherlands and cross the Rhine River into northern Germany. The operation was to be called Market (Airborne) Garden (Ground). It was to be the largest airborne operation ever known and it pulled together US and British Airborne forces who were to seize critical bridges along a singular route enabling the British Armored XXX Corps to push through.

A big thanks to our ICE Agents

We are sure you agree with ACRU that ICE agents are tireless heroes defending our border, citizens and legal residents from illegal aliens, particularly, criminal illegal aliens. Despite this, ICE is endlessly vilified in the liberal press. During the COVID-19 crisis, and as of this writing, ICE has stepped up and flown 466+ U.S. citizens back to safety from South America. ICE agents, you are the good guys, and we salute you.

Sanctuary policy ruins lives one liberal jurisdiction at a time

Christopher Puente is a Mexican national convicted of numerous aggravated felonies, including sex crimes. Therefore, ICE asked Chicago to hand him over for deportation. Chicago refused. He then raped a three year old girl in a McDonald's. Did he feel above the law? There is nothing "racist" about enforcing laws and protecting the public. Politicians who push these policies should be held accountable.

Two dangerous criminal illegal aliens walk free in NYC

In September, a Ukrainian illegally in the U.S. was charged with violent sexual abuse, attempted strangulation and rape. A 34-year-illegal immigrant from Mexico was arrested by NYPD in November and charged with violently assaulting a child. ICE issued detainers on both, both were ignored, both offenders were let loose back into the community because of NYC’s sanctuary policy. Fortunately, ICE tracked them both down. Sanctuary policy destroys lives. Politicians who support it need to be stopped. By voters.

Sanctuary policy leads to illegal voting too

We missed this article when it first posted back in December, but it is important enough to bring it to your attention today. It is a perfect explanation of how sanctuary policy leads to illegal immigrants receiving driver’s licenses and then being registered to vote accidentally on purpose and then voting and negating the vote of a legal voter. As this article points out, immigration is NOT a state issue, but actually falls under enumerated powers granted by the Constitution to the federal executive. New York is pointedly and aggressively breaking federal laws with one of its newest provisions requiring its DMV to notify illegal immigrants that ICE is after them, rather than the other way around.

Crucial Texas Voting Case to Be Heard

WASHINGTON, D.C. (May 26, 2015) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear a challenge to states giving more political power to areas with high illegal alien populations. In a brief filed in March, the (ACRU) argued that Texas and a U.S. District Court erred in approving state senate districts based on "total population" rather than on eligible citizen voters. "Total population" includes illegal aliens. Counting non-voters, including illegal aliens, when assessing the size of senate districts, gives citizens living in areas with high numbers of illegal aliens more senate seats than areas with mostly U.S. citizens, the ACRU says in the brief, filed on behalf of the plaintiffs in Evenwel and Pfenninger v. Abbott et al. The ACRU brief notes that even the United States Department of Justice uses only citizen population in allocating legislative seats in redistricting litigation. "The current Texas method violates the one-man, one-vote concept that ensures fair elections," said ACRU President Susan A. Carleson. "We're pleased that the Court is taking the case."
