Who Is Above the Law?

We often hear those of the Marxist leftist ideology always professing that “no one is above the law.” They especially seem to support that belief when it is projected against their, well, political opposition. Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy has already asserted that he is looking forward to being an impeachment juror, again, when said proceedings reach the U.S. Senate against President Donald Trump. According to Murphy, Trump has committed ten times more impeachable offenses than in his first term. This sounds very similar to the episode of six Democratic members of the Senate and U.S. House who participated in a seditious video calling upon members of our Armed Forces to disobey the “illegal” orders of the Commander in Chief. Yet, when they were asked what orders were “illegal,” they could not respond.

So, who is truly above the law in the minds of the leftists in America?

First, let’s begin with retired U.S. Navy CAPT and Senator Mark Kelly, who participated in the “Seditious Six” video. Senator Kelly should obviously understand, just as I do, that as a retired U.S. military member, senior officer in his case, he is still subject to the rules and regulations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. I was informed of such at my retirement briefing, quite sure he was also. Senator Kelly has received an official censure letter from the Secretary of Defense (War), Pete Hegseth and could face a reduction in rank due to his violating the UCMJ.

Remember, he is a retired military officer, drawing retirement pay from the United States. Sen. Kelly has filed a lawsuit against the SecDef and the SecNavy, stating that his position as a U.S. Senator precludes him from being subject to the UCMJ. Now, that would be just fine if Sen. Kelly were a civilian who had never served, or was a veteran, but not a retired military member. There is a difference. The other five members of the Seditious Six did not retire from the military; yes, they did serve, but they are not receiving retirement pay and therefore subject to UCMJ actions.

Retired U.S. Navy CAPT Mark Kelly is not above the law, but since he is a part of the leftist resistance, and a Democrat, well, to them, and himself, he is.

Second, continuing with retired military members, let’s take a look at Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, someone who has disgraced his military service. Gov. Walz recently suggested that he would mobilize the Minnesota National Guard to stand against federal law enforcement officers. Now, if this is not some Ft. Sumter repeat, I do not know what is. What Gov Walz is proposing is using a uniformed, armed force to impede and obstruct legal, lawful, and constitutional law enforcement operations. Yep, ol’ Timmy was an artillery non-commissioned officer, so just break out the big guns and let’s fire on those federal troops.

Actually, this is history repeating itself, since it was the Democrats who started our Civil War then… and perhaps now? But hey, Governor Walz, who is also embroiled in a scandal surrounding the Somali fraud issue, is certainly happy to deflect from his own woes and potentially unlawful actions to conceal the illicit schemes of Rep. Ilhan Omar’s community. And oh by the way, isn’t it great that you can marry your own relative, lie on official immigration forms, and become a member of the U.S. House of Representatives?

Speaking of the U.S. House of Representatives, how is it that a member of our Congress, who supposedly takes an oath to our Constitution (rule of law), can fly the flag of a known terrorist organization outside their congressional office, paid for by the American taxpayer? Yes, I am speaking of Michigan congressional representative Rashida Tlaib. Now, here is someone going about wearing the keffiyeh scarf of Hamas, a designated terrorist organization and espousing Hamas propaganda. Leftists get all up in arms about people who receive support from the America-Israel Political Action Committee (AIPAC) but have no issue with elected officials who support Islamic terrorist organizations that kill Americans? Why do Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar have security clearances? Yeah, leftists, namely individuals like Senator Adam Schiff and Rep. Eric Swalwell, incessantly claimed that President Trump was a Russian asset, so what do you call Tlaib and Omar?

Ahh, Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar are above the law.

Finally, at least for this constitutional brief, we will take a look at the situation in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We need to start with the fact that leftists believe that illegal immigrants are above the law. Why should they pay any attention to Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution or Title 18, U.S. Code 1325? Just walk right into America and get your taxpayer benefits. You can murder, rape (including children), and assault anyone that you want. You can traffic humans, drugs, and sex trade workers, and we will refer to you as a “Maryland Man.” No big deal. Heck, even if we deport you, we will fly down and have a nice margarita with you.

Where was Sen. Chris Murphy when Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Alejandro Mayorkas were violating our national sovereignty and Constitution with their open borders policy? And why are leftists in the streets ranting about ICE when someone breaks the law, impedes and obstructs a lawful federal law enforcement operation, and guns a vehicle towards an ICE officer? Dang it, I forgot, training people to interfere, impede, and obstruct a lawful federal law enforcement operation to remove criminal illegal immigrants is perfectly acceptable.

In the world of the Marxist leftists, open borders, yeah, that is above the law. And anyone who seeks to enable criminal illegal immigrants, well, since they are advancing a leftist ideological agenda, they too are above the law, and that includes a former President. A former President and Vice President, who, by the way, were guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors, and should have been impeached, but Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were, and remain above the law.

Now, we could go on for days with more examples of leftist hypocrisy when it comes to adhering to and following the law. I mean Zohran Mamdamni taking his oath of office as NYC Mayor on a book that calls for the death of non-believers, meaning Jews and Christians. Yeah, I am looking forward to his comments on the 25th remembrance of 9-11.

Here is the lesson learned: the law means nothing to the Marxist left, and their useful idiots, mindless lemmings, and media acolytes. Only someone dead from the neck up would vote for such lawlessness to have a position of power and control in America.

And oh by the way, in closing, if I had lied on my ATF Form 4473 application to acquire a firearm, leftists would be cheering my felony offense and sentencing to jail, but Hunter Biden is above the law.
