Voter Roll Maintenance

ACRU lawsuit still making a difference in Broward County

ACRU sued Broward County Election Supervisor Brenda Snipes in 2016 for not maintaing voter rolls, thus opening the door for fraud. She lost her job, and pro-vote integrity Pete Antonacci was appointed by then-Gov. Rick Scott. Florida’s upcoming primary is March 17th, and all (Irish and otherwise) eyes are on Broward. So far, it seems Antonacci has done all the right things to secure the county’s votes in anticipation of the national scrutiny that will be on Broward on November 3.

ACRU lawsuit still making a difference in Starr County, Texas

In 2016, ACRU successfully sued Starr County, Texas for not maintaining voter rolls. It in settlement with ACRU, the county agreed to implement critical action items to remove ineligible voters from its lists. Now, once again, “politiqueras” — campaign activists paid to collect mail-in ballots from people and “encourage” them to vote a certain way—are showing up. Since our lawsuit, Starr County officials are now diligently watching for fraud, and recently found some. They are getting tips and prosecuting offenders. Thumbs up to Starr County.

Good guys with guns tour a state capitol and fun breaks out

We love the picture in this article, so make sure you look. Apparently in Kentucky, you can’t bring an umbrella into the capitol building, but you can bring a gun. Irritated by Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, who tried to accuse VA lawful gun owners of being criminals before a fully armed, fully peaceful pro-2A rally on January 20th, KY gun owners decided to march on their capital in solidarity. The armed protestors loved the statues and paintings, had a great time, and not a single bad thing happened. Daniel Boone would be proud. We certainly are.

Purge this

Progressive activists love to use scary words to persuade people that good is really bad and lawful is unfair. Nothing is more true than their use of “purge” as a disingenuous euphemism for clearing voter rolls of illegal or deceased voters, or those who have moved. The Brennan Center for Justice is a left leaning advocacy group openly funded by George Soros. Their recent short analysis uses “purge” 20 times in discussing states’ efforts to comply with NVRA mandated guidelines on removing the dead, illegal or relocated from rolls where they shouldn’t be in the first place. It appears the leftists at Brennan don’t want any voters removed from anywhere, demonstrating a tacit acknowledgment that non-legitimate voters are inclined to vote for progressive candidates that Soros and the Brennan Center favors.

Virginia’s Governor works overtime to demonize gun owners

After years of a significant demographic shift in northern Virginia (and some meddling by outsiders like Michael Bloomberg), Democrats took control of the House of Delegates and State Senate in November 2019 while Democrat Governor Ralph Northam (notorious for his statement that a mother should determine whether her baby lives or not after birth, and for escaping any consequence from his "black face" scandal) has set his sights (irony) on lawful gun owners as enemy number one. As January 20th Virginia Lobby Day approached, thousands of law abiding gun owners headed to Richmond to inform legislators about the Second Amendment. Northam then banned guns in the government areas of Richmond in a state with open carry. With Soros' funded Antifa on its way, Northam stripped the responsible and law abiding of defensive weapons, even with reports of potential bad guys (who don't obey laws) possibly in attendance. Virginia's governor, by tyrannical fiat, endangered his citizens by stripping rights he had no right to strip. The media? Crickets. Jefferson, Madison, Washington and Monroe must be collectively rolling in their patriotic graves.
