It ruled that Acting Health Secretary Allison Beam did not have authority to issue a mask mandate for everyone indoors at schools and child care centers. Pennsylvania Senate President Pro Tempore Jake Corman, a Republican who is running for governor, filed the lawsuit personally, along with other parents.

Patriots for Delaware says it found proof of election fraud | Milford LIVE! – Local Delaware News, Kent and Sussex Counties

Patriots for Delaware on Tuesday said they had evidence of dead people voting in the November 2020 election as well as nursing homes submitting more ballots than they had available beds. The group doesn’t believe the fraud they claim to have found would have changed the outcome of the presidential election but said that local races could have been affected.

Liberals can’t fool us with tricky names for bad law

Liberals are really good at coming up with titles for horrible legislation to try fool people into thinking some bill is a good idea. Such is the case with New Mexico's "Extreme Risk Firearm Protection Order Act" just signed by the state's Democrat Governor. It's a red flag law. It takes away due process. It stomps on the Bill of Rights. Most New Mexico sheriffs (the people who are actually responsible for public safety) agree with us. They don't agree with this un-Constitutional bill and they have plans to sue. Well done, sheriffs.
