Liberals are really good at coming up with titles for horrible legislation to try fool people into thinking some bill is a good idea. Such is the case with New Mexico’s “Extreme Risk Firearm Protection Order Act” just signed by the state’s Democrat Governor. It’s a red flag law. It takes away due process. It stomps on the Bill of Rights. Most New Mexico sheriffs (the people who are actually responsible for public safety) agree with us. They don’t agree with this un-Constitutional bill and they have plans to sue. Well done, sheriffs.
