In Latino communities, “politiqueros” (ballot manipulators) are a fact of voting life, and a reliable source of voter fraud.
This is a purely Democrat phenomenon and one can infer this is why China Joe and the Demsare promoting ‘citizenizing” tens of millions of illegal aliens.
