The Curious Case of Jose Alba
This is the upside down, lawless, chaotic, unconstitutional world the left has unleashed upon America. It is planned, intentional, and purposeful.

Let me first begin by stating that America is not a democracy; it is a constitutional republic. Matter of fact, in Article IV, Section 4 of our Constitution, known as the "Guarantee Clause," the federal government is supposed to guarantee to every State in the Union a "Republican form of government." Now, that does not mean a Republican party, but rather the form of governance associated with that of a Republic. As you recall, Benjamin Franklin when asked what form of government the founders created, replied "a republic, if you can keep it."
If Americans forget from whence we came, they will not realize where we are. And, someone else will determine where we are heading.
The Machiavellian left has fully embraced the mantra of "the ends justify the means." For the leftists in America that results in the belief, "by any means necessary."
This is a very tumultuous and critical time in the life cycle of our Constitutional Republic. It was just a few weeks ago that I penned a missive titled "Constitutional Rights vs Ideological Rights” for this conservative platform. Who would have ever thought how quickly that writing would come to fruition? I must admit, after last week's apoplectic meltdowns by the progressive socialist leftists I have to wonder if they have ever read the Constitution of these United States of America?
During the 2020 election cycle, we observed unconstitutional actions. Governors and judges in many states like Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Texas to name a few, made unconstitutional changes to election law. As we know, only the legislative branch are empowered to make laws at state and federal levels.
As the Executive Director of the American Constitutional Rights Union, I commend the US Supreme Court once again for ruling on the side of the Constitution and individual rights. The Coach Kennedy case was a secular humanist and progressive socialist challenge to our very first liberty, the freedom of religion and the free exercise thereof. Coach Kennedy's actions of taking a knee in prayer after HS football games was a personal right. He did not advocate for or seek any state, government, endorsement, nor coerce anyone to enjoin with him. We have distorted the concept of Separation of Church and State, written by Thomas Jefferson in his letter to the Danbury (CT) Baptist convention. Solemn, silent, and solitary individual prayer by anyone in any venue is not a sponsorship of government religion. It is a sacred part of our Judeo-Christian faith heritage which should not be separated from any American citizen.
As American citizens in the world's longest-running Constitutional Republic, what are we willing to defend?
Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it" -- George Santayana, Spanish Political Philosopher. Young military leaders are taught to study history and battles to look for parallels. There are certain principles that are immutable and transcend time. Last week as we heard about the televised January 6th hearings, more of a Stalinesque show trial, I reflected back upon the history of the Democrat Party in America. It is a history that can be summed up in four S-words; slavery, secession, segregation, and socialism. And if there is one unifying word that transcends each of those phases, it is violence.
Let us be very clear: no "pandemic" suspends the rule of law in America, our Constitution.
