Judge orders Loudoun County schools to allow students to attend without masks Thursday

Calling suspending children for not wearing masks “unreasonable, heavy-handed, and simply harsh,” a Loudoun County judge issued an order Wednesday evening that Loudoun County Public Schools must allow children to attend school without a mask starting Thursday.

ACRU-Supported Lawsuit Strikes Down Mask Mandate in Loudoun County

In a decisive victory for parental rights, a Loudoun County, VA, judge ended a pattern of genuinely appalling behavior by the Loudoun Country School Board. Enforcing a mask mandate against state Executive Order, the board has been responsible for suspending and shaming students, placing them in solitary confinement, and imposing all manner of strict penalties on students and parents.

Sotomayor shoots down appeal over religious exemptions to vax mandates

L.A. County to Keep Indoor Mask Mandate Despite State Dropping Its Own

Los Angeles County will retain its indoor mask mandate past the February 15 date set Monday by Gov. Gavin Newsom as the date to end a statewide mandate, according to public health officials in the county.

Anti-vax mandate protesters storm movie theater in NYC

In Canada, they have scores of big rigs surrounding Ottowa’s capital complex and blocking border crossing points. In New York City, those opposed to mandates roll a bit differently. They decided to team up and “occupy” an AMC movie theater that was enforcing some COVID suppression measures. Estimates of the number of mandate opponents varied, but the videos showing up online suggest that there were at least several dozen of them.
