DHS Slams Manhattan District Attorney’s Office for Offering Insane Plea Deal to Trans-Identifying Illegal Alien Child Rapist

DHS criticized the Manhattan District Attorney's Office for a plea agreement that would allow Nicol Alexandra Contreras-Suarez to serve six months in jail after pleading guilty in a case involving the rape of a 14-year-old. The statement says ICE had lodged a detainer and that New York City corrections officials agreed not to release Contreras-Suarez.
