Are you frustrated with the slow pace of movement in Washington. You write, you call, and you email, but things never seem to change. Part of the reason for that is that Washington politics are far removed from you — the real base of power.
The phrase, “All politics is local,” carries a lot more weight than one might think. In the Founders’ view of our Constitutional Republic, the ultimate power rests at the most local level possible — the individual citizen. Our Constitution is carefully designed to enumerate powers we voluntarily cede to the government in a descending fashion, starting with the individual and ending with the federal government. That’s right. The real power in our country rests with the individual and then the local and state representatives they elect.
This is why the American Constitutional Rights Union started the Live Free Local initiative. Our aim is to embrace local politics and arm you with the tools to make a difference in your community and state.

This issue is particularly hot on college campuses in the wake of the recent terror attacks in Israel, where speech is often regulated, but the rules are applied unequally and inconsistently. The reason? As Professor Jacobson explains, college campuses have been “completely ideologically captured by the left,” leading to an extreme intolerance of other people’s viewpoints.

All across these United States of America, college and university students are preparing for Spring semester final exams. Well, maybe not so much on the campus of Columbia University, where they are busy chanting intifada and revolution—serious calls to violence. I want to honor this special time, which is a rite of passage for college students, and still, to this day, a cause of nightmares for me when I have dreams I am still in college and have not studied. I have created a Spring semester final exam for Democrats.
The Leftist Definition of Free Speech and Expression
It is no longer debatable that the progressive socialist leftists, Marxists, in America no longer believe we have a First Amendment right to freedom of speech and expression. I would also add that they are redefining the right to peaceably assemble and petition our government for redress of grievances.

Joe Biden is the greatest threat to our National Security and representative democracy. He is our biggest measure of authoritarianism. His fecklessness and weakness have brought the world to this point of global chaos and calamity.
