How The Equality Act Would Legalize Religious Bigotry

The Founding Fathers recognized freedom of expression and religious liberty as core elements of diversity and tolerance. Now, nearly 250 years later, Congress is acting to stamp them out, ushering in a new era of government-sanctioned anti-religious bigotry.

Data Prove People Self-Censor In Fear of Woke Mobs

Deeply illiberal mobs of so-called “progressive, anti-racists” have escaped our nation’s college and university campuses and threaten many other institutions, including museums, sports and entertainment, corporations like Coca-Cola, and even our elementary, middle, and high schools.

Would you like a side of worship with that?

ACRU recently defended an Anne Arundel, MD pastor fined by the health department for not wearing a mask in an empty building. Now a local judge is questioning county officials about their desire to put local restaurants out of business. Restaurants have paid lobbyists and lawyers; churches don't. We hope local courts will take notice of their loss of liberty as well, soon, even without the paid influence.

The American people can make up their own minds and don’t need censors. The social media blockade of Hunter Biden stories resulted in Congress and the FCC taking a hard look at 230, and its anti-First Amendment unintended consequences. The Senate Judiciary is also issuing subpoenas to social media execs.

Liberal Social Media Giants Block America’s Freedom to Read

On October 14th, the New York Post ran a story reprinting an email allegedly from a Ukrainian oil exec thanking Hunter Biden for providing access to his father, VP Joe Biden. Twitter and Facebook have blocked circulation of this article. It is not up to liberal social media censors to assess the veracity of these claims -- it's up to the American people. #freedomtoread

Texas county on notice after suppressing religious liberty

Texas AG Ken Paxton has sent a letter to the liberal Cameron County judge and health officials who are demanding faith-based schools stay closed. Paxton’s letter reminds them (we are paraphrasing) that the Constitution is still the law of the land and that religious freedom still extends to religious schools.
