DHS said ICE lodged a detainer against Tarsem Singh after Ohio authorities indicted him on charges including vehicular homicide, involuntary manslaughter, and reckless homicide. The statement says police allege he led officers on a 100 mph chase that ended in a crash killing his pregnant 17-year-old passenger and her unborn child.
