The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit today issued a temporary stay, stopping the Biden administration’s federal vaccine mandate for employers with over 100 employees. First Liberty Institute petitioned the Fifth Circuit on behalf Daystar Television Network and American Family Association to review the mandate.
