The statement lists arrests involving individuals from Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, and New York as part of what it described as a public safety effort.
DHS said ICE arrested Christopher Leon Bailey in Ridley Township, Pennsylvania, after he was charged in a road rage case that authorities say escalated from a knife attack to him running over the victim with a car.
