A big thanks to our ICE Agents

We are sure you agree with ACRU that ICE agents are tireless heroes defending our border, citizens and legal residents from illegal aliens, particularly, criminal illegal aliens. Despite this, ICE is endlessly vilified in the liberal press. During the COVID-19 crisis, and as of this writing, ICE has stepped up and flown 466+ U.S. citizens back to safety from South America. ICE agents, you are the good guys, and we salute you.

New York Times objects to DOJ protecting our first freedom

The Department of Justice is holding seminars on religious freedom law for its staff and attorneys. DOJ has been actively defending individual religious freedom in cases for Muslims, Christians and Jews, none of which infringe on the liberty of anyone else. Aiding the left in its unending battle against people of faith, the NYT wrote fake news smearing the program. Fortunately, constitutional voices fought back.

Restricted public policing and our basic rights

Numerous reports abound from cities and counties that officers will not be sent to "non criminal" or "non violent" complaints due to fears of COVID-19 contagion. It begs a question we've never had to ask before-the balance between crime, personal safety and restricted policing policy. As we ponder this balance, the Second Amendment is still in the Constitution, every citizen still has a right to self protection, and we pray for safety of our first responders.

Oregon’s liberal Governor puts campaign donors over kids

Liberal politicians despise charter and faith based schools because most are non-union, so teachers do not pay campaign donations ....um ... dues, to unions. Gov. Kate Brown (D-OR) received hundreds of thousands in campaign funds from American Federation of Teachers and Oregon Education Association. So in the middle of COVID-19, she closed the state's ONLINE charter schools that already operate by distance-learning, and blocked new enrollments. That, friends, is selfish, ideological tyranny.

Congressional Democrats Remove All Doubt That They Support Vote Fraud

Last minute insertions into the Senate’s Coronavirus relief bill by House Democrats would impose permanent changes to election protocols that will encourage and protect vote fraud. At ACRU, we think it is critically important for all our friends and supporters to understand the seriousness of what is at stake should Nancy Pelosi’s provisions pass Congress.

Voters Not Allowed to Vote Republican at Polling Location, Given Democrat Ballot Instead

In 2018, ACRU successfully sued Starr County, TX for voting irregularities. The County settled, agreeing to fix their corrupt system. Apparently they have not honored settlement terms, or cleaned up their act, as last week Republican primary voters were shooed away from voting by election officials or told to "just vote for a Democrat." News flash to Starr County from ACRU: we'll be back.

Individual religious liberty gets a big “YES!” from the DOJ

While the 9th Circuit was explaining that liberal billionaires have a right to censor, the Department of Justice was explaining that government has no right to coerce an individual to engage, or not engage, in economic activity based on that person's religious belief. It's called religious "freedom." Perhaps that's the word that confuses progressive activists and their cadre of "victims" who deliberately target Christian wedding vendors just to make their wrong-headed, hypocritical point.

The Ninth Circuit approves censorship for liberal tech giants

Does 9th Circuit not know what's in the Constitution, or just ignores it? Either way, now liberal billionaires at Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc. have been given a green light to censor anything (conservative) they find unhelpful. Like individual liberty, a secure border, conservative thought; that kind of thing. The 9th says these public forums are "private." Does the 9th Circuit squint when it sees daylight after spending so much time in the pockets of mega wealthy progressives?
